Specialises in commercial litigation, trust litigation and asset recovery. Has particular experience in international cases involving fraud and corruption and is used to obtaining search orders and freezing injunctions. Also specialises in resolving disputes with HM Revenue & Customs.
Sarah joined Peters & Peters in 1993 and became a Partner in 1997. She trained at Freshfields where, following qualification, she remained for 3 years as a commercial litigator.
Sarah's particular expertise is in the fields of civil fraud and tax. She is frequently called upon to advise in complex, often multi-jurisdictional fraud related matters, on behalf of both claimants and defendants. She has wide experience in asset tracing involving a multitude of emergency procedures.
An increasing part of Sarah's work is now in the area of tax. She acts on behalf of corporate and professional clients in a broad range of tax investigations and prosecutions.
