Katie specialises in domestic and cross-border dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on cases involving fraud. Katie has advised individuals, commercial entities and public bodies both in the UK and overseas on pursuing and defending proceedings for the recovery of assets.
She also has experience of obtaining and defending emergency injunctive relief, including freezing orders.
Katie joined Peters & Peters in April 2006, as a newly qualified solicitor. Prior to joining, Katie trained at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she gained experience in a wide variety of commercial matters, particularly within the banking and financial services sectors. She was also seconded to Freshfields' Vienna office for six months during her training. Katie works in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on civil fraud.
