Geoffrey trained with Peters & Peters and was subsequently for many years a Partner at Brecher & Co, in their Property Department. He re-joined Peters & Peters as a Consultant in 1995.
Geoffrey's main practice area is commercial property, advising both corporate and individual clients on a range of transactions including buying, selling, leasing and developing commercial, industrial and residential properties. He also deals with related funding and planning issues.
Geoffrey also handles a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including company disposals and acquisitions and the sale and purchase of businesses and other assets. He also provides private legal services including residential sales and purchases and advice on wills and probate.
