Emma specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly those cases involving fraud and/or asset tracing.
She has experience of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes, and in obtaining, defending and the supervising of emergency injunctive relief, including freezing and search orders.
Emma joined Peters & Peters in 2005 as a newly qualified assistant solicitor in our Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud department.
Before joining the team, she trained at a City firm where she gained broad experience in a variety of commercial matters.
At Peters & Peters Emma has quickly gained more specialist experience of civil fraud and, in particular, obtaining and defending emergency injunctive relief and multi-jurisdictional litigation.
