Paralegal - Civil Fraud & Commercial Litigation.
An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our Civil Fraud and Commercial Litigation team.
The main responsibilities will involve providing administrative and legal support to other fee-earners. You would also be involved with drafting research memos on a very wide range of issues as they arise in the course of litigation or advising clients. Further work may include keeping detailed notes of meetings and conference calls with clients, Counsel and other third parties. Therefore, it necessitates effective communication skills and a high standard of written English.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• a strong work ethic
• an ability to work independently and also part of a team
• an ability to prioritise their workload
• strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The right candidate will be organised, conscientious and able to cope with challenging deadlines.
LPC or BVC graduates are ideal but not essential if appropriate work experience has been gained.
The contract is for a fixed term with the possibility of extension.
